Service Description
Go deeper into the Animal teachings and your own dance through this 3 hr workshop. We'll explore the Animal Guides and allow them to guide us into new movements and play. We will move our bodies. We will sit in stillness and reflect. We will journey within and look deeper as to what these Animal teachings show us about ourselves. This will be an expansion from the first workshop offered in February, yet unnecessary to participate in both. Each workshop stands on its own.
