An enthusiastic participant of Ecstatic Dance for over 20 years Beth has been facilitating classes and workshops in Orillia for 17 years.

Classes move naturally through soft to higher energies  with a warm up and cool down which allows the dancer to pace themselves and play their way through the journey.

Bare feet dancing is encouraged.
