Explore the joys of Creative Movement while being guided intuitively by Beth in a class setting. Beth discovered and harnessed her understanding of Weaving on the dancefloor. An enthusiastic participant of Ecstatic Dance for over 20 years Beth has been facilitating classes and workshops in Orillia for 17 years.

Classes move naturally through soft to higher energy for 1.5 hrs with a warm up and cool down which allows the dancer to pace themselves and play their way through the journey.

Bare feet dancing is encouraged.
